It's All About the user experience
As a UX designer I research design and test awesome experiences. Enhancing the User sadisfaction by improving the usability by interacting with all touchpoints across different devices and platforms. But how does it work ?
User experience design process
The ux process can be defined into 5 steps. The user experience created by UXD or UED is the value that you provide to your users when he is using the product.

Understanding users
Understanding of the requirements by empathizing with users. Defining user research by persona creation, Storyboarding, Brainstorming, customer journey mapping and so on. These are all proven methods that contribute to the understanding of the user and the goal of the experience.

Defining needs
Defining the goals and needs of the user by analysing the market by researching competitors, UX trend research & user research. By defining the needs we do not only know who the users is but this will create a deeper understanding of the needs, fears, behaviour and motivations.

Ideation
In the ideation phase it is important to address the issues and opportunities identified in the user research phase. Thinking outside the box and generating ideas. Free to explore different angles and generate solutions. Because the best solutions can come from the craziest sounding ideas.

Prototyping
By prototyping, we’re turning ideas into concrete examples. Now we can see what the design is going to look like. In this phase, prototypes are being developed by wireframing a low-fidelity prototype to ensure a good layout of the content. Now its time to get cracking on the visual design. After the low-fi wireframe prototypes, we’re going to convert them into high-fidelity prototypes.

Testing
Evaluate the design by involving the user in the process by performing user testing methods and analyzing the behavior of the users. Interviewing, A/B testing, eye tracking with the users to test out if the experience is as required so we can note all the findings and present this in a usability report.
